We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing digital marketing projects, who ensures proper planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns for our clients using SCRUM or PMP methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating creative teams, guaranteeing timely delivery, quality, and achievement of objectives. **Responsibilities:** * **⁠ ⁠**Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing projects from concept to final delivery. * **⁠ ⁠**Manage communication with clients and internal teams. * ⁠ ⁠Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met. * ⁠ ⁠Evaluate work quality across departments and provide feedback. * ⁠ ⁠Create schedules, briefs, and progress reports. * ⁠ ⁠Monitor project KPIs and generate results reports. * ⁠ ⁠Identify project risks or deviations and propose solutions. * ⁠ ⁠Coordinate collaboration between design, content, advertising, and web development teams. * ⁠ ⁠Supervise the execution of digital campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid media, etc.). **Requirements** * ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. * ⁠ ⁠Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in an agency or digital environment. * ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of tools such as: Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, Meta and Google Ads. * ⁠ ⁠Excellent oral and written communication skills. * ⁠ ⁠Ability to prioritize tasks. * ⁠ ⁠Skill in coordinating multidisciplinary teams. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Work Mode:** On-site in Pachuca, Hidalgo.
