Management of educational platforms and databases A prestigious educational institution is seeking a School Records Coordinator. **Position Objective**: To ensure compliance with applicable regulations for each educational level regarding the handling of student documentation and information (from enrollment through graduation or withdrawal), as well as teacher and administrator information, thereby supporting the proper development of the educational process and fulfilling requirements set forth by the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP). **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field, with official diploma. * Basic English proficiency. * Two years of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint (intermediate level), and Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Spelling and writing skills. * School administration expertise. * Knowledge of SEP-related procedures and documentation requirements. * Experience using at least one educational platform. **Key Responsibilities:** · Receive enrollment documents and forms at the beginning of the academic year. · Enter and maintain up-to-date student and parent/guardian data in the Interschool system and internal database. · Update student photos in Interschool for credential generation. · Generate and update directories: telephone, emergency contacts, allergies, and medical conditions of students. · Prepare and update attendance lists for all grade levels. · Process SEP registration procedures for enrolled students and teaching staff. · Maintain updated student tracking logs. · Enter grades into the SEP platform within designated timeframes. · Monitor student withdrawals and enrollments in both the Interschool system and the SEP platform. · Maintain updated student enrollment records and submit updates to level directors and the Board Chairperson whenever changes occur. · Update and distribute enrollment forms for the upcoming academic year. · Print report cards from the SEP platform; issue academic certificates and conduct letters for students. · Distribute documents to respective departments at the end of the academic year. · Submit end-of-year forms to SEP. · Compile and deliver all required information for all three educational levels as requested by SEP. · Prepare SEP statistical reports for all three educational levels.
