The selected candidate will provide support in general administrative tasks and the accounting area, contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Record and control invoices, receipts, and accounting documentation. * Bank reconciliations. * Assist in the preparation of accounting and financial reports. * Filing and organization of administrative documents. * Coordination with other departments to ensure process compliance. * Answer phone calls and manage correspondence. * Use of accounting software (Aspel COi and Odoo) and office tools. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields (technical or university level). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of basic accounting and administrative processes. * Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Aspel COi, Odoo). * Responsible, organized individual with teamwork skills.
