Service-oriented attitude and passion for customer experience At Farmacias del Ahorro, we seek a committed, responsible, and customer-focused Home Delivery Courier who ensures timely and secure order deliveries, meeting the highest quality and service standards. Job Mission Ensure on-time and accurate product delivery to the customer's address with speed, precision, and excellent service, contributing to the successful completion of the sales process via Home Delivery. Main Responsibilities * Deliver complete orders, undamaged and within the scheduled time. * Provide courteous customer service, ensuring clarity in payment collection and change disbursement. * Guarantee correct order payment (cash or bank terminal). * Properly manage and verify the assigned cash float. * Correctly use the order assignment and tracking application throughout the work shift. * Safeguard and properly use work tools (motorcycle, mobile phone, delivery box, etc.). Required Profile * Age: 21 years or older. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a courier in retail companies. * Experience in customer service and support. * Basic proficiency in mobile applications. * Preferred: Basic mechanical knowledge.
