




**BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR SPECIALTY:** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of 3 years in roles coordinating creative teams or managing visual projects. **ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of 2D/3D animation software (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.). Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday). Understanding of branding strategies and digital marketing. **COMPETENCIES:** · Represent the department in strategic planning meetings when required. Ensure visual consistency across all institutional communication channels. Protect the confidentiality of projects and audiovisual materials. Comply with internal policies and institutional values of SUMA TV. Coordinate, supervise, and provide operational follow-up on visual, graphic, and institutional communication projects developed by the department, ensuring proper execution of image strategies, alignment with SUMA TV’s corporate identity, and timely delivery of high-quality audiovisual products. **Project Management and Tracking** · Supervise the execution of all assigned projects in Asana or similar tools. · Ensure each project has a defined brief, timeline, and assigned responsibilities. · Keep progress information updated to report to the Deputy Director. · Prioritize activities according to strategic directives from the Deputy Director's office. **Operational Team Coordination** · Assign tasks to design, animation, social media, and marketing staff based on specialization and workload. · Promote communication and collaboration among different creative areas. · Monitor adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards. **Interdepartmental Communication** · Serve as the operational liaison between the Image and Design Department and other departments (Production, Programming, Engineering, News, etc.). · Ensure accurate interpretation of technical and visual requirements. · Participate in interdepartmental meetings to coordinate joint strategies. **Delivery Control and Visual Quality** · Review and approve materials prior to final approval. · Ensure consistency with institutional visual identity. · Identify areas for improvement in design, animation, and dissemination processes. **Planning and Work Meetings** · Organize and coordinate weekly follow-up meetings. · Document agreements, progress, and areas for improvement. · Propose improvements in workflow and production methodologies. Prepare operational reports and performance evaluations for the department.
