You will oversee the design and maintenance of solutions that ensure the availab**i**lity and **scalability** of our services, translating business requirements into a robust, **production\-ready infrastructure.** At Azumo, you will thrive if you enjoy the full infrastructure lifecycle—from ideation and architectural design to deployment, security hardening, and the optimization of cloud\-based solutions. ### **Responsibilities in AI Development** * Research, design, and build production\-grade infrastructure solutions utilizing **Azure, M365, Fabric, and Power Platform**. * Lead the **full project lifecycle**: planning, budgeting, implementation of best practices, containerization, and secure cloud deployment. * Implement **Azure DevOps** pipelines for automated testing, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment **(CI/CD)**. * Ensure security and regulatory compliance **(GDPR, ISO**) by collaborating closely with the Head of Security. * Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists, managing their professional growth and performance evaluations. * Translate business requirements into technical designs; prototype and iterate rapidly with stakeholders to enhance our technological capabilities. **Requirements** **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * **5\+ years** of experience managing and administering Microsoft infrastructure solutions **(M365, Azure, Power Platform**). * Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing technical professionals. * Expert\-level knowledge of **Windows Server, Azure AD, Networking, Cloud Security, and SQL Server.** * Hands\-on experience with automation and deployment tools: **Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).** * Strong verbal and written English communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Current **Microsoft Certifications** (MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform, or DevOps Engineer). * Proven experience implementing **Microsoft Fabric** in production environments. * Deep understanding of governance frameworks and compliance standards **(ITIL, ISO 27001\)**. **Benefits** * Paid time off (PTO) * U.S. Holidays * Training * Udemy free Premium access * Mentored career development * Profit Sharing * $US Remuneration At Azumo we strive for excellence and strongly believe in professional and personal growth.
