Job Objective Supervise the operational execution of assigned projects, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with **quality, safety, and hygiene** standards, and achievement of established project goals. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the efficient use of **materials and labor**, avoiding waste. * Coordinate and supervise **contractors**, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules. * Conduct site inspections and prepare **progress reports**. * Identify, report, and propose solutions for **site incidents**. * Coordinate **delivery of homes for titling**, ensuring quality and proper documentation. * Address findings from **audits** and ensure compliance with **Safety and Hygiene** requirements. * Supervise **site order, cleanliness, use of PPE**, and IMSS compliance on site. * Coordinate post-sales support. * Prepare and review **site generators** and progress tracking. * Schedule debris removal and waste management. * Support validation of **extraordinary/additional work**. * Carry out tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements * Education: **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field**. * Experience: **6 months to 2 years** as Site Assistant or Site Resident (experience in housing preferred). * Experience in site supervision, quality control, and contractor management. Technical Knowledge * Construction processes for **housing**. * Quality control and site supervision. * Safety and Hygiene on site. * **AutoCAD** and construction project management tools.
