Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, for which you will be accountable for: * Preparing technical feasibility studies for real estate construction projects. * Conducting on-site construction progress inspections/supervisions. * Preparing technical opinions regarding land, buildings, and structures. * Presenting feasibility studies to Credit Committees. * Establishing relationships with internal clients, real estate developers, and construction-sector chambers and professional associations. * Monitoring costs and budgets. * Complying with urban development regulations and legal construction requirements. **Requirements:** * **Professional Education:** Civil Engineer or Architect or related degree (degree holder). * **Years of Experience:** 2 years as construction supervisor or similar role (in construction projects). Experience in a construction management role is desirable. **Areas of Expertise:** Construction, cost analysis, budgeting, construction scheduling, and construction progress calculation.
