




Job Summary: Lead the development and enhancement of corporate reporting using Power BI and Business Intelligence tools to enable agile, data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the creation and evolution of enterprise reports and dashboards. 2. Collaborate cross-functionally to generate actionable insights. 3. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Objective: Develop and strengthen corporate reporting through Power BI and Business Intelligence tools, enabling organizational digitalization and more agile, accurate, and data-driven decision-making—achieved via strategic leadership, technical excellence in financial modeling and system integration, and cross-functional collaboration to generate actionable insights that drive business performance. Key Activities: * Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise-level reports and dashboards, as well as process automation. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting platforms. * Collaborate with the D&T team to validate data structures, system functionality, and integration standards. * Work closely with various functional areas to understand their needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions. * Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Develop and deliver training to key users to maximize enterprise-wide utilization of reports. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. * Integrate best practices for interpreting and effectively using reports across the organization. * Identify new solutions that deliver value, increasing efficiency in descriptive and diagnostic analytics processes and enhancing their effectiveness. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics and insight generation, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. * Advanced proficiency as a Power BI developer. * Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Strong financial and business acumen. * Knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. * Experience with cloud services (Azure or AWS), ETL processes, and data governance. * Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Desired Qualifications: * Experience in the alcoholic beverages industry. * Experience using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen or Circana). * Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Planning Analytics, or Hyperion). * Experience with ERP systems or database management (including SAP and SQL). * Knowledge of Python and Databricks. * Familiarity with data governance processes and tools.
