Teamwork and financial analysis **CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton · Budget · Car4u.** **LOCATION: AGUASCALIENTES** **Fleet Accountant / Incentives Specialist** **Main Responsibilities** * Record and control fleet sales operations. * Monitor billing, payments, and commercial terms for corporate clients. * Administrative and accounting control of units assigned to fleets. * Validate achievement of targets for application of commercial incentives. * Reconcile incentives against sales and billing reports. * Reconcile accounts related to incentives, bonuses, and commercial programs. * Record incentives, discounts, and commercial support in accounting system. * Track incentive payments and recoveries from brands. * Prepare incentive, fleet, and commercial performance reports. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience** * 2–4 years in accounting or administrative roles. * Experience in incentive control, billing, or sales administration. * Automotive dealership or automotive sector experience preferred. **Key Competencies** * Organization and administrative control. * Financial analysis. * Attention to detail. * Process monitoring and compliance. * Teamwork. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Salary: $20,000.00 gross monthly. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Life insurance. * Opportunity for growth and career development within a solid automotive group.
