




**Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of paper, printing, and packaging is seeking a Customer Service Executive.** **Key responsibilities:** * Handle and follow up on customer orders. * Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure timely delivery and quality. * Coordinate internally with logistics and manufacturing departments. * Monitor order status and resolve incidents. * Prepare reports and analyses in Excel. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service. * Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial customer support (preferred). * Intermediate/advanced **Excel** proficiency. * Results-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills. **Offer:** * Salary: **MXN $25,000 gross per month**. * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (in-person mode) Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: MXN $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
