Customer service and excellent negotiation skills **LEADING COMPANY IN POZA RICA IS SEEKING A MOTORCYCLE COLLECTION AGENT!** **Job Purpose:** Perform collection, retention, and recovery activities (at the customer's home and/or workplace) in compliance with company policies and procedures, acting promptly to recover overdue payments, advising customers and promoting current payment solutions to resolve their outstanding balances, as well as obtaining updated contact and location information for borrowers. **Requirements:** * Experience in door-to-door collections, customer service, or motorcycle-based delivery services. * Extensive motorcycle operation experience (mandatory) with a valid license. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Customer service orientation. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $3,400 weekly \+ bonuses (estimated weekly earnings of $3,500 to $4,500) * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off. * Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2-hour lunch break) * Provided motorcycle, safety equipment, work tools, and gasoline vouchers * Statutory benefits and life insurance from day one * Growth opportunities. * Store discounts, payroll advances, loans, and many additional Grupo Salinas benefits Interested candidates please submit your CV.
