We seek leaders who wish to continue strengthening our human capital pathway—therefore, we are looking for your TALENT as: **HIAB AND RT CRANE OPERATOR** **Job Objective:** Safely and efficiently operate cranes and trailers for transporting, loading, and unloading materials, heavy equipment, or structures, complying with local and national safety regulations and established operational procedures. **Profile Requirements:** **Education:** * Secondary school diploma * Courses or certifications in crane or heavy vehicle operation (mandatory) **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years as a HIAB and RT crane operator * Experience in heavy cargo transportation, on-site maneuvering, or operations in industrial zones * Knowledge of crane types (boom, telescopic, articulated, etc.) and trailer types (flatbed, lowboy, low-bed, etc.) **Licenses:** * Federal driver’s license, Class "B" * Crane operation certification, if required by local regulations **Technical Knowledge:** * Loading and unloading maneuvers * Basic preventive maintenance of the unit * Traffic and road safety regulations **Skills:** * Precision and coordination * Sense of responsibility and safety focus * Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions * Effective communication and teamwork **Attitudes:** * Punctuality * Willingness to travel or work extended shifts * Commitment to the company and proper care of equipment **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate cranes and/or trailers for moving materials or equipment * Inspect the mechanical condition of the unit before and after each operation * Secure the load according to established protocols * Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and traffic regulations * Prepare basic operation and maintenance reports * Collaborate with logistics and safety teams to ensure safe operations * Immediately report any incident, malfunction, or anomaly Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 6 months Salary: $22,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
