Join the Vinte team as: Building Manager Position Objective: Execute building works based on an executive project for an urban development Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and prepare construction work packages for the urban development project 2. Prepare purchase requisitions, cost estimates, work orders, and material consumption vouchers 3. Monitor material procurement and coordinate related requests with the involved departments 4. Deliver completed works and services to the After-Sales department 5. Support logistics for visits and site tours by financial institutions 6.
