Opportunity for professional development and job stability JOB PROFILE: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise **goods receipt, inspection, and registration**. * Coordinate **storage, classification, and labeling** of materials. * Control **warehouse receipts and shipments** in system and/or logbook. * **Forklift operation** for loading, unloading, and storage (essential). * Supervise and support **order preparation and delivery**. * Conduct and validate **periodic inventories** (cycle counts and full inventories). * Identify inventory discrepancies and report them. * Maintain warehouse **order, cleanliness, and safety**. * Supervise warehouse staff and ensure task completion. * Prepare basic inventory and movement reports. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Completed junior high school (minimum). * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year as Warehouse Supervisor**. * **Essential:** Forklift operation and handling. * Knowledge of: * Inventory control. * Warehouse receipts and shipments. * Storage and internal logistics. * **Exclusive experience in warehouse operations**. * Demonstrable job stability. * Availability for operational and administrative tasks. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and accountability. * Organization and control. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Punctuality and commitment. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. **WE OFFER** * **Salary:** $12,000 monthly. * Statutory benefits. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs Saturdays, 8:00–14:00 hrs * Fixed shift. * Job stability. * Growth opportunity. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Cafeteria service.
