




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality throughout the textile manufacturing process—from cutting to finishing—by identifying defects and verifying specifications. Key Points: 1. Experience in garment manufacturing or textile inspection. 2. Knowledge of sewing machinery and fabric types. 3. Ability to identify defects and read technical specifications. Apparel Contract Manufacturing (Textile Manufacturing) Main Responsibilities * Conduct in-process inspections: cutting, sewing, assembly, stitching, printing, embroidery, and finishing. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, patterns, and size charts. * Identify and classify garment defects (e.g., irregular stitches, tension issues, stains, incorrect cuts). * Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming products. * Perform garment tolerance measurements according to specifications. * Complete inspection forms, checklists, and daily reports. * Notify the responsible engineer of deviations or defect trends. * Inspect the quality of incoming fabrics, trims, and materials. * Verify proper execution of seams. * Follow up on corrective actions implemented on the shop floor. Education * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in processes, quality, or manufacturing. Experience * 1–2 years in garment manufacturing or textile inspection. * Basic knowledge of textile sewing machinery. Technical Knowledge * Identification of defects in seams, prints, and finishes. * Reading of technical specifications, patterns, and grading charts. * Basic proficiency in measurement tables and tolerances. * Knowledge of trims, fabric types, and their behaviors.
