




Position Summary: A Receptionist is required for a chiropractic clinic, responsible for file management, customer service, administration, and organizational support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Update patient files and verify the accuracy of personal information provided by patients. * Answer, log, and return calls from individuals interested in learning about the clinic’s services — a daily task. * Provide basic clinic information in person or via email, notifications, promotional announcements, or certifications. * Maintain orderly waiting areas; ensure patients proceed to the correct examination room; and offer water, coffee, or tea. * Perform administrative tasks including word processing, monthly statistics, payments, booking meeting rooms for staff, storing and organizing medical reports, among others. * Likewise, provide users with information and assistance in scheduling appointments. * Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
