We are a restaurant specializing in wings, ribs, and artisanal burgers, committed to delivering the highest quality and service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: * **Hot Kitchen Operations:** Efficient operation of fryers (for wings, boneless, fries, and snacks) and grills (for artisanal burgers and jochos). * **Production and Preparation:** Preparation of sauces, dressings, and portioning of food according to menu recipes. * **Quality Assurance:** Attractive plating of dishes while adhering to strict timing standards. * **Hygiene and Safety:** Thorough cleaning, organization, and disinfection of the kitchen line and utensils in compliance with health standards. * **Inventory Control:** Rotation of supplies to prevent losses. Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (hot kitchen, wings, burger restaurants, or fast food). * **Skills:** Proficiency in fryer and grill operation, ability to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork and service attitude. * **Location:** Residency near Villas del Alamo or personal transportation available for shift hours. Work Schedule: * **Monday to Saturday:** 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM * **Sunday:** 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM * *(Fixed weekday day off)* Job Location: Av. del Encino 1805 \- Local 18 and 19, Privadas la Hacienda commercial zone, Álamo, 42184 Privadas la Hacienda, Hgo.
