We operate 41 stores in CDMX and the State of Mexico, as well as in Pachuca, Puebla, Toluca, León, and Querétaro. Who Are We Looking For? Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide friendly and personalized service Advise customers on products, sizes, and prices Offer upselling opportunities (backpacks, socks, balls, etc.) Organize merchandise and maintain a spotless store Meet weekly targets to earn commissions (If you are a supervisor) open/close the store and lead the team Here, you decide how much you earn: the more you sell, the more you earn. * Rotating shifts (with a 1-hour lunch break): 9:00am – 6:00pm 10:00am – 7:00pm 11:00am – 8:00pm 12:00pm – 9:00pm Monday through Sunday, 1 weekday day off, rotating schedule and day off  Attractive income, 100% tax-free Base salary: $9,583 net monthly ➡️ Weekly payment: $2,236 (every Wednesday) Why is the weekly payment $2,236 if the monthly salary is $9,583? According to the Federal Labor Law, salaries are calculated based on the daily wage, regardless of whether payment is made weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The calculation works as follows: 1\. First, the daily wage is determined The monthly salary is always divided by 30 days: This is the daily wage. 2\. Then it is multiplied according to the payment frequency Since payment is weekly, the daily wage is multiplied by 7 days: ✅ That’s why the weekly payment is $2,236, even though the total monthly salary is $9,583\. This method ensures wages are paid correctly in compliance with the law.
