Job Objective: Support the management, control, and tracking of procurement for materials, tools, and services required for construction project execution, ensuring timely supply, input quality, and cost optimization. Main Responsibilities: Request quotations from suppliers of construction materials and services. Compare prices, quality, delivery times, and commercial terms. Prepare comparative charts to support decision-making. Generate purchase orders and track them until delivery at the construction site. Coordinate material requirements with site supervisors and warehouse staff. Verify that received materials comply with technical specifications. Maintain an updated supplier catalog. Assist in negotiating prices and purchasing terms. Control and archive documentation (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes). Track payments and invoicing with the administrative department. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or related fields within the construction industry (preferred). Knowledge of construction materials and construction processes. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Negotiation and analytical skills.
