




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Analyst to manage documentation, provide office support, and coordinate general services. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates in commercial and bidding processes. **We Require:** ***ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Economics–Administration fields, or completed high school education. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. **Position Objectives** * Safeguard and maintain organized documentation supporting contract compliance and administrative processes. * Provide support for administrative activities necessary to ensure proper office and branch operations. * Monitor timely fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring prompt and appropriate service delivery. * Identify, propose solutions for, and follow up on issues arising from operational services in the area. * Plan and coordinate general office services, including space allocation, equipment, supplies, and asset disposition. * Support commercial activities and bidding processes requiring administrative participation. * Assist with local procurement and receipt of office materials and supplies. * Provide direct support to the Coordinator in all administrative tasks required to maintain office order and operational efficiency. **Position Responsibilities** * Safeguard and maintain updated administrative documentation and delivery support records. * Facilitate the administrative collection process by compiling and tracking required documentation. * Support general office administrative activities. * Manage and track payments for services essential to operations. * Coordinate activities related to general office services. * Prepare and update administrative and operational reports. * Comply with activities defined in procedures and policies of the Quality Management System. * Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding company-related information and matters. **Position Functions** * Prepare delivery notes using formats established by Health Services (SSH). * Request and track monthly invoicing. * Collect and compile supporting documentation required for billing processes per contract. * Archive and maintain organized all administrative documentation corresponding to each contract. * Conduct administrative procedures with Health Services (SSH). * Coordinate general office services, including cleaning, internet payment, and procurement of stationery and pantry supplies. * Support organization of internal events such as birthdays, celebrations, and institutional activities. * Review and track delivery notes related to the osteosynthesis service of ISSSTEP. **Work Location:** Pachuca, Hidalgo Interested candidates should send an updated CV to: recursoshumanos@arquina.com.mx Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $11,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
