Join us as: **NETWORK ANALYST (NOC)** ### **What will you do in this role?** You will be a key player in ensuring our network operates stably and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Monitoring the network in real time using monitoring tools. * Promptly responding to and diagnosing network alarms and incidents. * Creating and managing tickets while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. * Preparing shift reports and keeping documentation of active incidents up to date. * Checking the status of batteries, equipment, and links, and making preventive calls to customers in case of any anomalies.
