Results-oriented mindset and passion for service GRUPO VECSA An automotive group representing BMW, Motorrad, and MINI brands, operating in the states of Puebla, Veracruz, Hidalgo, and Oaxaca INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS TEAM IN PACHUCA, HIDALGO AS: **QUALITY CONTROL** **Requirements:** Automotive Mechanical Engineer or Automotive Systems Engineer Minimum 6 months of experience in a mechanical service workshop Tablet operation proficiency Ease of using digital applications Valid driver's license **Knowledge:** Mechanical knowledge Customer service orientation Administrative processes **Skills:** Results-oriented mindset Teamwork Passion for service Effective communication **Responsibilities:** Greet customers in the service area Conduct visual vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers Identify vehicle needs, inform the service advisor, and follow up on the customer's quotation delivery Create work orders via the designated application and track them accordingly Comply with vehicle reception procedures Supervise workshop staff performance and vehicle cleaning prior to delivery Submit monthly reports **Employment Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Training opportunities * Base salary plus commissions Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,450.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
