Job Summary: Manages a branch to ensure its proper operation, supervising sales, daily operations, inventory, staff, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive branch management 2. Staff supervision and training 3. Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations **Job Description** ---------------------- Branch management to ensure proper operation. * Achieve sales targets. * Develop action plans to meet objectives. * Prepare and analyze daily sales reports. * Conduct branch opening and closing procedures. * Perform daily branch walkthroughs to ensure safety for customers and employees, as well as compliance with LOPE (Cleanliness, Order, Pricing, Stock). * Conduct daily cyclical inventory counts according to the counting schedule. * Perform daily cash drawer reconciliations. * Supervise and participate in branch maintenance activities. * Train new employees. * Supervise and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. * Supervise product placement based on layout and planograms. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Retail experience * Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) * Excellent computer skills **Compensation** ---------------- 16000**Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
