Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to join our automotive team, focused on the precise identification, matching, and adjustment of automotive paint colors, ensuring exact color consistency. Preparing paint mixtures and adjusting hues Join the Velcasa team — we are an automotive distributor with over 25 years of experience and presence in multiple states across the Mexican Republic. Responsibilities: * Identifying automotive paint codes and hues. * Performing color matching through manual testing. * Preparing paint mixtures according to established formulas. * Adjusting hues to achieve exact match with the vehicle. * Detecting color variations resulting from wear, solar exposure, or prior repainting. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted * 1 year of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of: Color matching * Education: High school diploma or equivalent * Age: 20 \- 50 years * Availability to work the following schedule: **Monday\-Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Relocation/Moving Capability: * 42092, Los Maestros, Hgo.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Preferred) Experience: * Quality control: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
