Industrial La Paz Base salary \+ commissions \+ bonuses A company in the construction and engineering sector is looking for a Commercial Executive with experience in client follow-up, quotations, and sales closure. The position focuses on commercial support, client development, and follow-up of projects related to construction, industry, and specialized services. You do not need to be a specialist engineer. We primarily seek a commercially oriented, organized individual with strong client relationship-building skills. Responsibilities * Prospect engagement and follow-up * Quotation follow-up * Sales closure * Communication via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls * Acquisition of new clients * Commercial and post-sales follow-up * Coordination with technical team for site visits and projects * Use of CRM and tracking tools Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, or technical sales * Preferred experience in: * Construction * Industry * Materials * Specialized services * Projects * Telecommunications * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Interest in commercial follow-up * Results-oriented mindset * Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools Preferred Education * Civil Engineering * Architecture * Industrial Engineering * Construction Technician * Or substantial commercial experience in similar sectors We Offer * Monthly base salary: $11,000 * Commissions and bonuses * Technical and commercial training * Laptop and mobile phone * Technical support from specialist engineers * Professional growth opportunities Important Note This position is NOT door-to-door sales or aggressive street sales.
