Operational and administrative management of the point of sale **JOB MISSION** Ensure sales by delivering excellent attitude and customer service through adherence to operational protocols and procedures—both on the sales floor and at the counter—promoting the pharmacy’s diverse product offerings while ensuring a pleasant and clean environment. **SUPPORT SHIFT.** **Education** * Completed secondary school **Experience** * Point-of-sale experience (6 months) * Cash handling experience (6 months) * Customer service experience (6 months) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure proper customer service, sales, and cash handling processes—including payments via terminals or cash—while accurately providing change, the corresponding receipt, and the purchased product. * Stock shelves and display cases with appropriate products for each pharmacy section to facilitate product visibility and customer access. * Conduct blind inventory at the start of each work shift according to service standards and protocols. * Open the cash register and ensure correct application of service protocols and operational procedures. * Open the pharmacy daily on time to guarantee clean premises and an efficient sales process for customers. **Knowledge** * Sales and customer service * Inventory management * Commercial and operational management * Administrative management Salary: $9,583\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
