A leading ice cream company is seeking a **"Branch Manager"** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role (preferably in food preparation stores). * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree (verifiable). * Full-time availability. * Willingness to relocate to other branches. * Excellent customer and employee service skills. * Strong communication skills. **WE OFFER:** * Timely weekly salary. * Sales commission scheme based on target achievement. * Perfect attendance bonus. * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, etc.). * Career advancement opportunities within the company. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Meet sales performance indicators. * Develop and implement action plans to achieve objectives. * Prepare and analyze daily sales reports. * Conduct branch opening and closing procedures. * Perform daily branch walkthroughs to ensure safety for customers and employees, as well as compliance with LOPE standards (Cleanliness, Order, Pricing, Stock). * Conduct daily cyclical inventory counts according to the scheduled counting calendar. * Perform daily cash drawer reconciliations. * Supervise and participate in branch maintenance activities. * Train new team members. * Supervise and enforce company policies and procedures. * Supervise product placement in accordance with layout and planograms.
