Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to create and outsource specialized construction drawings for industrial warehouses, with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in creating and outsourcing specialized drawings 2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is essential 3. Interpretation of industrial warehouse drawings * Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (with diploma or currently completing graduation) in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Intermediate-to-advanced AutoCAD 2D skills (essential and verifiable; the majority of work will be performed using this software); 3D software knowledge (not essential nor exclusionary) * Ability to interpret drawings across various disciplines involved in industrial warehouse construction. Familiarity with roofing and metal cladding materials (corrugated and flat sheets) and membranes (TPO, PVC) would be highly beneficial (not essential nor exclusionary). * Office location: Parque Logístico (on the León–Silao highway, kilometer 158+300; as a reference, it is located on the right side of an OXXO store and the Hotel 5in). * Fully on-site position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (NO remote work). * Main responsibilities: Creating/outsourcing drawings within our specialty. * Please attach your CV.
