




Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer, Architect, or Architectural Engineer to supervise work crews, verify material quality, ensure compliance with safety standards, prepare construction logbooks, and report incidents. Preparation of Construction Logbook and deviation reports **Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil Engineer, Architect, or Architectural Engineer (Intern or Graduate) * **Software:** AutoCAD (intermediate), CIVIL CAD, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting; intermediate to advanced Excel * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles **Specific Knowledge:** * Advanced ability to read architectural, structural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing drawings * Proficiency in using levels, total stations, or other surveying tools * Knowledge of the Public Works Law (if applicable) or local building regulations **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $17,000 MXN, tax-free * Weekly payments * Growth opportunities **Responsibilities:** * Directly supervise work crews and subcontractors. * Verify the quality of received materials and their proper application. * Ensure compliance with safety standards (use of PPE, signage). * Prepare the **Construction Logbook**, detailing incidents and progress. * Immediately report technical deviations or supply shortages. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM * Saturdays, 7:45 AM to 1:15 PM **Work Location:** Teotihuacán, Mexico Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $17,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
