**Position Objective:**
Ensure the proper administration, control, and execution of payroll processes, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and compliant implementation according to current labor, tax, and social security regulations.
**Requirements:**
* **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field.**
* **Minimum 3 years** of payroll experience managing over 400 employees.
* Proficiency in **advanced Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing, validations).
* Experience using CONTPAQi.
* General knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and process **weekly and monthly payrolls**.
* Validate payroll incidents, variables, movements, and reconciliations.
* Calculate and file **IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, FONACOT, SUA, and SIPARE**, ensuring full compliance.
* Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, salary modifications, and affiliation movements with the **IMSS**.
* Generate payroll cost and tax reports and reconciliations.
* Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
* Coordinate payroll payments and disbursements with banks.
* Prepare severance agreements and settlements in accordance with applicable law.
* Provide employee support and service regarding payroll incidents or clarifications, and severance payment inquiries.
**Strong knowledge of:**
* IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT
* SUA, IDSE, DeclaraSAT
* Federal Labor Law and applicable tax provisions
* Experience with payroll systems
* ERP system integration and HR performance indicator management (preferred)

Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month
