Translate client ideas into executable projects and serve as the liaison between the client and the project team. **Responsibilities** Lead and supervise initial design phases using various technical resources and digital tools, ensuring that drawings, structural designs, and specifications are clear, high-quality, and compliant with current regulations. Coordinate, motivate, and supervise the design team to ensure proper execution of deliverables. Interpret client needs and ideas and accurately reflect them in technical and visual proposals; monitor project development to maintain consistency among design, scope, and objectives. **Technical Knowledge** Proficiency in design and visualization software is essential, including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion. Prior experience with cost and budgeting tools such as Opus and Neodata is desirable. **Skills and Competencies** Leadership and decision-making, conflict management and teamwork, proactivity and results orientation, ability to organize workflows, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet concurrent deadlines.
