Job Objective
Develop architectural and/or engineering executive projects focused on critical systems, ensuring reliable technical solutions, regulatory compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, and advanced modeling using BIM.
Responsibilities
Development of executive projects in architecture and engineering.
Design and coordination of critical systems (HVAC, electrical, gases, compressed air, fire protection, sanitary, industrial or pharmaceutical processes).
Preparation of technical drawings, construction details, and descriptive specifications.
BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection (Revit / Navisworks).
Integration of architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines within a BIM environment.
Generation of concept catalogs, quantity take-offs, base budgets, and estimates.
Review of compliance with technical regulations (NOM, ISO, IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, GMP where applicable).
Technical support during construction, handling of change requests, RFIs, and As-Built documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in technical project development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) is mandatory.
Technical knowledge of critical systems and special installations.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
Desirable: Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or high-specification projects.
Desired Technical Knowledge
HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, specialty gas, compressed air, and fire protection systems.
MEP BIM modeling and modeling standards.
Applicable technical and safety regulations.
Preparation of technical specifications, isometrics, single-line diagrams, and layouts.
Quantity take-off of construction volumes and change control.
