We are seeking an experienced **Scrum Master** to lead Agile delivery for IT projects across application development, system integration, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can coach cross\-functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure high\-quality, on\-time delivery of technology solutions. **Key Responsibilities** · Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives · Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption · Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog · Remove impediments and manage dependencies across IT and business teams · Track and report sprint progress, velocity, risks, and delivery metrics · Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability · Support release planning, roadmap execution, and cross\-team coordination · Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders · Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security, and quality standards **Required Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field · \[X]\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT projects · Strong hands\-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies · Experience working on IT initiatives such as application development, cloud, data, or enterprise systems · Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar · Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern IT delivery models · Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict\-resolution skills **Preferred Qualifications** · Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent) · Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, Nexus) · Background working with distributed and cross\-cultural teams · Exposure to DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Data platforms **Key Skills** · Agile Coaching \& Servant Leadership · Stakeholder Management · Risk \& Dependency Management · Metrics \& Reporting (Velocity, Burndown, PI Objectives) · Continuous Improvement \& Team Enablement Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $16,160\.59 \- $60,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Location : Experience: * Scrum Master: 10 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) License/Certification: * Certified Scrum Master (Required)
