Degree and Professional License (preferably in Business or Clinical fields).* ***Languages: Advanced English*** *Responsibilities:* * Execute recruitment and selection processes for specialized positions in the Health and Sciences sector (estimated coverage of 10–15 vacancies per month), preferably with experience in clinical operations. * Ensure effective selection processes aligned with quality standards. * Coordinate and deliver onboarding training courses, timely notifying relevant departments and managing corresponding documentation. * Support implementation of the training plan, organizational assessment, and performance evaluation processes. * Meet established KPIs, such as monthly vacancy coverage and follow\-up on employee evaluations during onboarding. * Foster strong relationships with employees to reinforce engagement with the HR department. * Support voluntary resignation processes, contract preparation, and training logistics. * Participate in workplace climate initiatives, development programs, and organizational culture activities (internal events, interviews, and integration activities). Requirements: * **3–5 years of HR experience**. * **1–2 years in coordination or leadership roles** (team management, project management, or end\-to\-end HR processes in clinical operations). * Recruitment and selection (medical and specialized). * Labor relations. * Personnel administration. * Training and development. * KPI management. * Intermediate/Advanced English.
