Skills and Knowledge: Administrative and quotation skills, negotiation, basic knowledge of auto parts, attention to order and quality, basic knowledge of body and paint repair processes. Position Mission: Ensure proper vehicle appraisal and profitability for all vehicles repaired at the workshop, guaranteeing compliance with insurance company and company policies and procedures.
