We are seeking: ***Training Analyst*** Requirements: * Academic background: Business Administration, Psychology, Aeronautical Engineering or related field. * Intermediate English (test required). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of aeronautics is desirable. Main responsibilities: * Assist in identifying training needs. * Develop multimedia and didactic materials for effective information delivery. * Carry out, control and update documents for registration with AFAC. * Track attendance and maintain up-to-date employee files. * Issue certificates and/or attendance records for courses delivered.
