We are not looking for someone who merely "paints"; we seek a **Master Finishing Specialist** capable of achieving mirror-smooth surfaces and exceptional tactile finishes on high-engineering pieces. Your Critical Technical Skills * **Mastery of Lacquers and Polyurethanes:** Expert application of sealers and topcoats with absolute control over sheen levels (Matte, Semi-Matte, High Gloss). * **Enamel Expertise:** Application of solid colors with automotive- or industrial-grade finishes, ensuring surfaces free of "fish eyes," runs, or orange peel. * **Spray Equipment Proficiency:** Precise configuration of air pressure, fluid flow, and nozzle size for optimal material coverage. * **Surgical Preparation:** Sanding of substrates and between coats to ensure perfect adhesion and a tactile smoothness that distinguishes our pieces. * Extreme Attention to Detail (Superior Quality) * **Imperfection Detection:** Ability to inspect under backlighting for open pores, sanding marks, or MDF depressions before entering the spray booth. * **Contamination Control:** Obsessive cleanliness of both the piece and the spray booth.
