DESCRIPTION A proactive and results-oriented Scrum Master who takes ownership of team activities and actively participates in all stages of the delivery cycle. Acts as an agile facilitator, coordinator, and liaison point between technical teams and business stakeholders—especially in a financial environment where attention to detail and quality are critical. Goes beyond impediment removal to drive execution, goal achievement, and continuous value delivery. REQUIREMENTS * **Experience as a Scrum Master with solid knowledge of PM/SM and agile frameworks.** * **Ability to collaborate with multiple technical and business stakeholders.** * **Effective time, activity, and priority management in demanding environments.** * Availability to participate in nighttime releases. * Availability to attend office or store locations as needed to manage and oversee testing. * **Conversational English at B2 level for interaction and documentation.** * **Experience or exposure to financial environments, where process adherence and attention to detail are fundamental.**
