




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter with experience in mass recruitment to manage the full talent acquisition cycle and ensure inclusive processes. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire cycle of mass recruitment. 2. Participates in job fairs and talent attraction campaigns. 3. Ensures non-discriminatory recruitment processes. Job Description: * Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum Experience: 1 year in mass recruitment. Key responsibilities requiring prior experience: · Collaborate with hiring departments to define staffing requirements. · Design and publish job postings across physical and digital channels (job portals, social media, university job boards, etc.). · Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephone, virtual, or in-person). · Verify employment references and background checks (and, where applicable, administer socioeconomic assessments). · Compile candidate files and monitor the hiring process. · Participate in job fairs, university events, or talent attraction campaigns. · Generate recruitment performance reports: positions filled, time-to-fill, candidate sources, among others. · Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS). · Ensure all processes comply with principles of non-discrimination, equal opportunity, and confidentiality. · Administer psychometric, technical, or competency-based assessments as per institutional policies.
