Administer, develop, and comply with applicable procedures for the metrology and quality area and service parts. Support quality system administration, process and product quality audits. Develop measurement programs and methods aligned with design and/or process requirements for metrology laboratory measurement equipment, such as CMM. Generate and validate operating and handling instructions for metrology laboratory measurement equipment and provide technical support and training to users. Ensure administration of all measurement equipment used at GDC, including equipment located in the metrology laboratory, in-process gages, and hand gages, via the APEX system. Ensure calibration and maintenance services for GDC measurement equipment, both from the metrology laboratory and those used in manufacturing processes. Conduct necessary audits for the LPA and product quality systems. **Required Skills and Education** Knowledge of dimensional and geometric metrology. Knowledge of Core Tools. Geometric tolerancing and design interpretation. Knowledge of basic statistics, uncertainty calculations, and calibration of measurement equipment. Programming, operation, and use of metrology laboratory machines, CMM. Knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, control systems, PLC programming and validation.
