Lead review, modify and create of package designs (i.e. SmartFit) for a defined range of products that optimize loading of transportation container (trailers, rail cars, ocean containers, etc.) and warehouse utilization.** **•Ensure that the design packaging is processable and quality of finished goods.** **•Continuously improves the speed, efficiency and accuracy of packaging development and specification processes.** **•Provide technical packaging information and maintain knowledge of new and innovative packaging equipment, packaging design and materials.
