This role is pivotal in managing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring optimal performance in line with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in lean manufacturing processes. Main responsibilities * Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day\-to\-day operations to exceed our internal and external customers’ expectations. * Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results towards sales and production plan. * Continuously improve metrics to improve PVQC (People, Velocity, Quality and Cost). * Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. * Ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance. * Human resource focus. * Manage in accordance with Mexican labor laws and ensure that the personnel under facility has a high level of morale and teamwork. * People are AMETEK’s greatest asset and should be developed and treated as such. * Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts. * Perform other duties as assigned. Education \& Experience * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business preferred. * 3 to 5 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing. * Technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required. * Must have the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues on the factory floor and those in middle management. * Subject expert for lean / 6 sigma tools and techniques for real world application and formal training. * Experience with AS9100 quality system and/or FAA regulations is a plus. * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Spanish and in English.
