




Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager will lead our Yucatecan cuisine restaurant, ensuring memorable experiences for guests through quality service, efficient operations, and collaboration with the culinary team. Main Responsibilities: * Oversee daily restaurant operations (service, kitchen, bar). * Supervise and train staff on hospitality standards. * Monitor costs, inventory, and quality control of food and beverages. * Implement sales strategies. * Coordinate with Marketing for special culinary events. Desired Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, Business Administration or related field. * 3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management. * Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and customer service focus. * Passion for Mexican cuisine and cultural hospitality.
