




Job Summary: Budget review, inventory and material management at construction sites, as well as daily, evening, extraordinary, and weekly material scheduling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detailed review and monitoring of budgets and material inventories. 2. Management of daily and extraordinary material scheduling for construction sites. 3. Interdepartmental coordination for material optimization. **Review of Budgets for Each Cost Center** * Review of budget and material inventory. * Verify whether materials correspond to specific packages or assigned personnel (e.g., urban development, building construction, or after-sales service). * Track materials—i.e., request from warehouse a copy of supplied materials to identify which materials were not dispatched and determine which contractor received them. * Site visits to assess status, verify material requirements, or identify issues related to materials (waste, construction progress, poorly executed work). **•\*** **\*Daily Material Scheduling to Construction Sites.** Morning scheduling: intended to ensure material supply during the afternoon. Evening scheduling: intended to ensure material supply the following morning. **•\*** **\*Extraordinary Scheduling.** Used for urgent material supply not included in daily scheduling. **•\*** **\*Weekly Scheduling.** Used to schedule delivery of crushed stone, concrete blocks, and hollow-core slabs to construction sites. Coordination with other departments to review material surpluses resulting from waste, on-site modifications, and/or bulletins.
