Ensuring efficiency in order dispatch We are looking for your talent! **WAREHOUSE CLERK** **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk for materials/inventory, warehouse assistant, warehouse associate, or similar positions. **Job Objective:** To execute the storage and dispatch process for purchased materials and equipment, including inspection, organization, and distribution thereof, thereby maintaining control and cleanliness of the work area and ensuring efficient service to the company. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Verify the quality and quantity of goods, as well as loading/unloading of materials and the condition of packaging for storage. In cases where discrepancies or defects are found in received goods, promptly notify the immediate supervisor so that necessary actions may be taken. * Maintain a detailed record of products in stock. * Conduct periodic inventory reports and ensure all products are properly labeled and stored. * Perform adjustments for shortages or deterioration of any product to ensure inventory information remains up to date. * Store products in appropriate locations to ensure accessibility for satisfactory packaging and protection against potential damage. * Efficiently select products for each order to guarantee accurate dispatches, timely delivery, and optimal condition upon arrival to customers. * Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations for handling and moving goods.
