Requirements: * Industrial engineering degree (preferred). * Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in manufacturing industry in a supervisory role. * Interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure. Key responsibilities: * Develop production plans with weekly/biweekly/monthly targets. * Supervise and direct personnel under your responsibility. * Verify production compliance with specifications. * Identify issues and propose solutions. * Validate hat quality.
