Opportunities for growth within the company Job Title: Private Security Guard Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and reliable Private Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, focused on protection and security, willing to work rotating shifts of 12x12 or 24x24, and able to provide a visible presence to ensure facility safety and the well-being of all employees, visitors, and physical assets. Responsibilities: * Monitor facilities to prevent theft, property damage, and ensure safety. * Conduct periodic patrols and ensure all access points are controlled and secured. * Control entry of personnel and vehicles into facilities according to established procedures. * Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, and coordinate with authorities in case of incidents. * Prepare daily reports on incidents and observations. * Conduct security inspections in key facility areas. * Ensure all security and health protocols are followed at all times. * Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude at all times with clients and visitors. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position (preferred). * Familiarity with video surveillance and access control systems. * Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. * Capacity to work rotating shifts of 12x12 or 24x24. * Good physical condition and ability to conduct patrols and maintain efficient surveillance. * Security certification (preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
