Optimizes operational efficiency and reduces waste **Manage and supervise the product packaging process, as well as plan production, coordinate with the packaging team, ensure compliance with quality standards, maintain material inventories, and guarantee operational efficiency.** * Lead and supervise packaging team activities to ensure efficiency and quality in the process. * Ensure sufficient materials are available and used effectively during production. * Guarantee that packaging procedures and standards are followed to meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Train staff on appropriate packaging techniques and ensure they are aware of established procedures and standards. * Monitor packaging material inventory levels and request additional supplies as needed. * Collaborate closely with other departments—such as production, logistics, and quality control—to ensure efficient integration and workflow across the entire supply chain. * Identify opportunities to improve packaging process efficiency, reduce waste and costs, and increase productivity. * 8.
