Technical Support Analyst (IT) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field (completed). Experience of more than 6 months to 1 year (internship or Social Service): Telephone and remote support for first- and second-level incidents. Follow-up with internal and external customers. Printer configuration. Email and application configuration. Incident logging and tracking. Problem analysis and resolution. English proficiency: Conversational. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with two days off. Flexible schedule availability (weekends and holidays). Quick learner. We offer: Salary between 13K and 15K, depending on experience.
